Mobile world congress 2017, the world’s largest gathering for mobile industry was organized by GSMA and held in the Mobile world capital, Barcelona from 27th February to 2nd March. Panamax team was in the Smart City Barcelona and derived the best from these amazing few days at MWC.
The event started in full swing; all the attendees, exhibitors and visitors set out to network, seek business opportunities and set the floor abuzz with activity. Mahavir Shah, Manoj Jain, Rohit Sanghani, Sanjay Rawat, Vikas Desai, Babeksingh Khalsa, David Rivas and Ricardo Bassoi talked to visitors and gave a demonstration of various products from the suite of Mobile financial solutions and Business support system at Booth #5J70.
More than 108,000 attendees flocked to MWC 17, most of them made a beeline to get demos of our product MobiFin. Visitors showed immense interest in our recently launched sophisticated campaign manager MobiFin KATCH. The product enables MNOs to design and implement reward campaigns to targeted user segments. There was also a substantial amount of buzz generated around class 4 soft switch iMax, and around the updated version of our BSS product BillCall 4.0.
MWC is one of the most noted events in the industry, and several industry big players from Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East were exhibiting here. Leading mobile brands like AT&T, Huawei, Nokia and Cisco showcased offerings that covered latest technology topics including 5G, IOT, security, privacy protection, etc. More than 2300 companies exhibited across nine halls and eleven outdoor spaces at the venue.
While we sealed the deal for quite a few clients at the event, we still have a lot of demo requests pouring in from people who could not meet us at MWC17.
